Casa has a rich history of serving quality food in our comfy hacienda. From our famous green chile strips and margaritas to our traditional enchiladas and sizzling fajitas, we serve you with a friendly face and at-home feel. That may be in part because Casa actually started out as a private residence, built in the 1950s, one of the first home constructed Mechem Drive. The property was sold and converted into a restaurant in 1983 and over the years it has been added on to and transformed into its current layout. We are always eager to serve and can accommodate large parties or we can also cater at the venue of your choice. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Cooks are responsible for preparing guests' food and maintaining kitchen sanitation to Board of Health
Standards.
Primary job duties may include:
-Preparing, arranging and continually updating food according to recipes, preparations and food
presentations.
-Ensuring adherence to Health Department policies and procedures.
-Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen as directed by management, in conjunction with Health Department
policies and procedures.
-Reporting and documenting any observed or known safety hazards, conditions, or unsafe practices and
procedures to management immediately.
-Adhering to standards for guest services.
-Performing all other duties as assigned by management.
To perform this job successfully, participants must be able to perform each of the above duties satisfactorily
and must; 

-Be flexible with scheduling availability.

Servers are responsible for explaining menu items to guests and taking their food and beverage orders and
serving them and cleaning up.
Primary job duties may include:
-Taking food and beverage orders
-Ensuring adherence to Health Department policies and procedures.
-Cleaning and maintaining the dining area as directed by management, in conjunction with Health Department
policies and procedures.
-Reporting and documenting any observed or known safety hazards, conditions, or unsafe practices and
procedures to management immediately.
-Adhering to standards for guest services.
-Performing all other duties as assigned by management.

Ski, snowboard, snowmobile, tubing and sightseeing in area. Ski Apache is only 12 miles away and you can buy a season ski pass for $200.
