Banquet Server
Position Description In this position, participants will accommodate guests of the banquet hall. The Banquet Server sets up, greets guests, serves and breaks down banquets in safe and efficient compliance with proper food handling, policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. General cleaning and other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

Cashier

Position Description In this position participants are responsible for serving beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. Duties include greeting guests, general cleaning, and restocking. Participants must adhere to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to insure all laws are being followed. Must be comfortable using common cleaning chemicals. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

Cook
Position Description In this position, participants are responsible for producing menu items in an appropriate time frame. The Cook is responsible for cost-effective preparation of quality food in safe and efficient compliance with proper food preparation and handling, policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Participants will be responsible for consistent safe and sanitary food storage, preparation and cooking, as well as monitoring and controlling maintenance/sanitation of the kitchen and equipment. Adherence to all safety protocols including handling and transportation of foods and knife work is required Other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary. Participants may work at one or both of the Grand Geneva locations.

Geneva Club Attendant
Position Description In this position, participants will ensure guest satisfaction by providing special assistance and information about local area attractions. Duties include greeting customers, arranging reservations for hotel activities, food and beverage service, and light housekeeping. Must be comfortable using common cleaning chemicals. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary

 

Houseperson
Position Description In this position, participants will clean, maintain, and supply assigned areas with cleaning support and supplies. Participant will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, condominiums, and guest areas. The Housekeeping duties include, but are not limited to: making beds, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms including sinks, mirrors, showers, bathtubs, and toilets, replenishing supplies, emptying trash cans and bringing trash outside, as well as cleaning windows, mirrors, and patios. Participants are expected to clean their assigned guest rooms within the allotted time period as determined by management and using the proper procedures and chemicals provided by management. Participants must communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner. General cleaning is required and additional duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary.

 

Steward
Position Description In this position, participants will clean and sanitize all areas of the kitchen and operate the dish washing machine in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations. Duties include loading and unloading dishwasher, emptying garbage cans, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning. Must be comfortable using common cleaning chemicals. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor as necessary. Participants may work at one or both of the Grand Geneva locations.
