Job Descriptions:

The Server is responsible for taking customer's food and drink orders serve food and beverages prepare itemized checks and sometimes accept payments. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated atcounters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.

The House Attendant responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel.Responsibilities might include (as dictated by hotel vertical): deep cleaning of assigned areas setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events cleaning and setting-up meeting room.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting 'deep cleaning' activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.

The responsibility of the Service Express Runner is to absorb Housekeeping-related guest requests, In-room Dining duties, and light Bell Service duties while maintaining a system for logging the dispatch, retrieval, and return to storage to efficiently these delivery assignments. You will be cross-trained as a Front Desk Agent and Guest Service Representative to supplement staffing needs. The Service Express Runners are to keep the back storage area completely stocked, able to deliver guest requests (Bathroom amenities,etc).
