Position Description: 

Servers are responsible for waiting on customers, answering questions, writing down food orders, serving food and drinks, refilling water, dealing with U.S. currency, and setting and clearing tables.

Breakfast server shifts are from 6am/7am to 11am/12pm. Our servers earn a tipping wage of $7.75 per hour plus tips. Waitstaff average over $20 per hour and sometimes more than $30 per hour after tips. If it is quiet and tips are insufficient, we guarantee $15.10 per hour.

Assist with setup and work in the kitchen, take orders and serve food, clear tables, wash dishes, clean up and assist with side work. This is a great opportunity to practice English, because you will be speaking with our guests every day. Additional hours would be available helping with housekeeping, laundry, snow removal, or cooking. This is $16 per hour.

In addition to work at The Rangeley Inn & Tavern, we can assist you in securing a second job with another business in Rangeley. You will be able to walk to your second job.

Position Name: Breakfast Server Payrate: $7.75 plus tips, paid bi-weekly.

Housing: $50/week payroll deduction
