Lift Operator:

Participant must have a very good level of English for this position. Participant must be comfortable working the majority of their shift outside in all types of weather. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs (11.3 kgs) and be comfortable working for up to 8 hours while standing. Participant must be willing to interact with guests outdoors.

Participants are able to ski and tube for free. There is a 30% discount on food in the cafeteria and a 30% discount in the pro shop for all employees.

Resort Worker:

Participant must have very good to excellent English for this position. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs (11.3 kgs) and be comfortable working for up to 8 hours while standing. Participant must be willing to interact with guests and must be comfortable using cleaning chemicals.

Participants will share one of two houses approximately 1.5 miles from the worksite. Houses will be divided by gender. One house has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Participants will share a bedroom with 1 other participant and the house will hold up to 6 people. The second house has two bedrooms, full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. Participants will share a bedroom with 1-2 other participants and the house will hold up to 5 people. Both houses have a full kitchen, a common area, laundry facilities, and internet available. The cost of utilities is $17 per person, per week.

Housing Cost Rent is $58 per person, per week. Utilities are $17 per person, per week
