Oahu is the most populated island in Hawaii and home to the state capital, Honolulu. Known as "The Gathering Place," it blends a busy city life with quiet beaches, world-famous surf spots, and deep history, making it the most visited island in the state.

CREW MEMBER JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is for all aspects of the restaurant. This includes greeting customers, taking orders and payments, using grill for cooking, assembling the meals, giving out the prepared foods, and general cleaning of the work areas during your shifts.

Participants should be friendly, service orientated, willing to learn, have high energy, be dependable and able to lift 25 lbs. You will be expected to be flexible with your work hours and work the shifts that are assigned to you.

Uniform/Dress Code:

You must wear McDonald’s uniform whenever on the job. The entire uniform should always be clean and neat. McDonald’s will provide crew members with a uniform shirt, hat, safety shoes and name tag which must be worn in the restaurants at all times. All crew members must supply their own pants (Black pants – no jeans corduroy spandex or lycra allowed).
