This nightly entertainment event is call Beach Street U.S.A.

During Beach Street U.S.A., puppets, bands, jugglers, magicians and others entertain crowds right on the sidewalks. Free live concerts and theatrical productions take place seven nights a week along the oceanfront.

Essential Job Functions for Housekeeping/ Room Attendant include (but are not limited to):

• Clean the required number of rooms each shift based on hotel standard
• Make beds, change linens, clean toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, floors, and sinks
• Vacuum, clean, and dust guest rooms.
• Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures
• Follow all company and regulatory policies
• Report lost and found to Supervisor
• Ensure that rooms are cleaned to the hotel’s quality standards
• Maintain a friendly demeanor

 

 

Housekeeping Aids are responsible for assisting the Housekeepers with removing dirty linens and trash from guest rooms and cleaning public spaces of the resort. May be asked to assist in cleaning the Hotel Guest Rooms.
Since you will have interaction with the guests, advanced English is required. Heaving lifting is required. Should be able to lift between 30-50 pounds.

Should be hard working, honest,have a good work ethic, and desire to learn and do a good job.
Residence Inn Oceanfront has high standards of cleanliness and guest service. You will be expected to make sure you perform your job responsibilities as taught in training and according to company standards.

*Keeping all items on breakfast bar filled

* Making beds

*Removing dirty linens and towels from rooms
* Removing garbage from the rooms.

Alojamiento:

HOUSING PROVIDED BY THE EMPLOYER

Housing is provided by your employer, and is located at an apartment complex. You will live in this housing with other Work and Travel participants employed with Coastal Hospitality locations. Units will feature up to 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Housing will be furnished and linens and kitchen supplies will be provided. Housing will include a dishwasher, stove and full size refrigerator/freezer – some with ice makers. Kitchen is stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, toaster, microwave, and coffee pot. The bedrooms have all bed linens including mattress pads, a blanket and pillow, towels, wash cloths/hand towels. Bedrooms are shared and are dorm style; they will be furnished with twin or bunk beds. 

Rent is $115 per week per participant and will be payroll deducted. All utilities, as well as Wi-Fi are included in rent. You will be required to sign a housing agreement and abide by the house rules, both of which will be provided to you by your Host Company.

A security deposit of $250 will be due at the time of move in along with the first week's rent. The security deposit will be refunded provided you work the dates agreed to in your job offer, do not cause damage to the housing, and leave the housing in clean condition when you move out. Security deposit can be paid in cash, money order, or by credit card.
