Housing is located off-site at the International Residence Hall. International Residence Hall is dormitory-style housing, with large, dorm style bathrooms. Each room contains 3-4 beds (may include bunk beds). Each floor of the housing has a community kitchen and dining room. Laundry facilities are available on site. In the Community & Administration Building, there is a large area for occupants to rest and relax. The community room has couches, a TV, a ping pong table, and a billiard table. International Residence Hall does not allow any alcohol in the rooms. Failure to adhere to this policy could lead to eviction from housing. Participants are expected to clean up after themselves and help with keeping housing clean.

Water Park Lifeguard:
At Great Wolf, Lifeguard is one of the most important positions in the lodge, as they are vital to ensuring the safety of our guests, their families, and anyone that visits our waterpark attractions. No matter the situation, Great Wolf lifeguards are trained to respond and ensure all guests enjoy a safe and fun environment. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Supervises and provides surveillance of swimmers and guests during park hours, special events, and training sessions • Responds to emergency situations in assigned zone • Assists in communicating emergency situations outside of assigned zone • Administers and coordinates emergency first aid as necessary • Enforces the rules and regulations of the waterpark • Advises aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions • Provides superior customer service to all guests by assisting all in a polite and expedient manner • Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of waterpark to ensure neat and orderly appearance • Able and willing to achieve Certification in First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training • Performing within Ellis Certification standards.
An Excellent level of English is required for participants in this position. Participants must be capable of prolonged exposure to hot and humid environments. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time and be able to climb multiple flights of stairs. Must be able to pass Lifeguard certification, including swimming 50 yards in 4ft. of water and retrieving a 10lb brick from the bottom of the pool. Must have minimum of 20/25 corrected or uncorrected vision and no permanent eye abnormalities. Participants must also successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen. No prior Lifeguard experience is required, but prior Lifeguard and First Aid experience preferred.

Food & Beverage Attendant:
The Food and Beverage Attendant is responsible for positive guest interactions while taking orders, serving, and handling transactions in a friendly and efficient manner at various food outlets, including the Pizza Shop, Coffee Shop, Grab 'N Go outlet and more. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders • Prepares customer food and beverage orders • Provides outstanding customer service and engage in suggestive selling • Maintains equipment, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots breakdowns and/or calls for repairs • Assists in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing • Performs cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting • Ensures F&B outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service • Ensures the daily operation of the retail outlet adheres to operating procedure guidelines • Assists in other food outlets as needed

Retail & Attractions Attendant:
At Great Wolf, the Retail Attendant provides customers with lasting memories by assisting in the sale of memorabilia and other products. The Attendant guides customers while maintaining the cash register, ringing sales, processing returns, and closing out the register. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Communicates with guests to assist in purchasing decisions • Provides outstanding customer service and engage in suggestive selling • Ensures the daily operation of the retail outlet adheres to operating procedure guidelines • Assists in merchandising functions including display and store design, inventory receiving, stocking, and merchandise pricing • Performs cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale (POS) system, registers, and daily reporting • Ensures retail outlet adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service • Assists in other retail outlets as needed.
A Very Good level of English is required for participants in this position. Participants must have basic math skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must have customer service and communication skills, including reading and interpreting manuals relating to safety, operations, and procedures. Must be enthusiastic, able to multi-task, and able to work as part of a team. Participants must be able to lift up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg), and be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while bending, stretching, and twisting. Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen. Previous experience with customer service and cash transactions preferred.

At Great Wolf, the Room Attendant (Housekeeper) is one of the most critical roles in the Lodge as they create a clean and orderly environment for our guests. Housekeepers are responsible for general cleaning and maintenance duties, which may include: vacuuming, dusting, item washing, trash collecting and proper sorting. The housekeeping staff ensures guests can leave their daily responsibilities at home. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Cleans guest rooms and guest areas, including: making beds; dusting and vacuuming; cleaning bathroom; replacing supplies; cleaning windows, mirrors, and patios • Utilizes chemicals according to directions and familiarizes self with all material safety data sheets • Maintains a stocked, organized, and clean cart with sufficient supplies • Reports maintenance issues through appropriate channels for resolution • Documents and secures lost and found items • Communicates with guest on a professional and friendly manner • Keeps supplies ready by restocking housekeeping cart at end of shift • Assists House Attendant, including delivering guest requests and pick up of used guest items • Conserves energy by closing shades and draperies; turning down air conditioning and heat of unoccupied rooms • Reports hazardous conditions in work area or equipment to supervisor. A good level of English is required for participants in this position. Participants must have excellent customer service and oral communication skills.
