Pineapple Inn & Housing Center is not a typical housing location for students. We believe that it is our job to show what life is truly like in America.

Weekly Cost: $ 120.00 p/student p/week

Besides the first weeks rent at check-in, we also require a $180.00 (refundable) housing deposit - which ensures your room stays in good order - and a $15.00 (non-refundable) activity fee, which we use to assist with our special events and activities. If you are sharing a room with 2-3 other students then you would need to bring $285.00 with you when you check-in.

Basic Job Duties
Ability to broil, grill, or saute
Ability to handle knives
Ability to operate kitchen equipment
Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
Follow receipt and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests expectations
Label food and ensure proper rotation
Prepare high quality food items to order for our guests
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to be on our feet and alert for extended periods of time
Must have upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude a To-Go Specialist, you will support the catering and to-go operation! 

SERVER PAY RATE EXPLANATION:

Pay rate is $2.13 per hour plus tips. Tips can average $50-$100 per day depending on the business levels in the restaurant and the service you provide. A set amount of tips are not guaranteed and is based on your performance and the level of service you give each of your guest tables.

If the amount of tips you make each week does not equal at least minimum wage ( $11 per hour) for every hour worked the employer will increase your hourly rate of pay to equal $11 per hour.
