Provisto por el Empleador en una casa ubicada en el mismo complejo o en el anexo a unas pocas millas de distancia. Costo por estudiante de $ 200 por semana. Depósito de alojamiento reembolsable requerido.

Every DSR Employee should have Skiing or Snowboarding Experience

 

Skills Required: 

High intermediate to advanced/fluent English. Ski instructors must be good at skiing!

All participants must have some experience skiing or snowboarding.

 


Supplies Required:

Make sure you are ready for any type of weather, in any position. Gloves, Goggles, Snowpants, Facemasks, etc

 

 

All DSR Staff members receive free coffee, soda, and hot chocolate, as well as discounts on food and gear. Employees also receive free rentals, and free skiing both at DSR and other local ski resorts.


Every employee should be ready to work inside or out, shoveling snow, moving firewood, cooking, running lifts, operating a cash register, and any other tasks assigned.


Overtime paid after 48 hours p/week. Job duties will change as necessary.

 

Resort Worker - Cook
Cooks work indoors and outdoors, preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts while maintaining a clean kitchen and adhering to proper food handling/storage procedures. They stock shelves, vacuum, clean common areas, restrooms, dishes, storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers to exceed health department standards. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail for portion sizes and cleanliness are required.


Resort Worker - Rentals
Rental staff work indoors and outdoors, fitting guests with ski/snowboard boots, skis, poles, snowboards, and helmets, and adjusting bindings. They assist with rotating lift operators for lunches, cleaning the Rental Department and lodge, and tuning equipment for DSR and guests. Excellent guest service is required due to frequent guest interactions.


Ski and Snowboard Instructors

Will work indoors and outdoors, providing high-quality lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational experience. Instructors share their passion for skiing/snowboarding and aim to deliver lessons that encourage repeat visits. Hours vary, with higher demand during holidays/weekends and lower midweek, influenced by lesson quality. Instructors may be requested more if they teach well, increasing hours. They can assist in other roles or freeski off-duty if they choose not to help with other tasks.
